When she was called to read for the movie she was asked who she would like to read for. "Anyone but Jan", was the reply. Sure enough, they wanted her as Jan and if it weren't for her then there wouldn't be the legendary "Brusha, Brusha, Brusha" sung by Jan at the sleepover.
